Box Jump

A vertical jump onto a stable box or step, building explosive power for aerial duels.

How to perform it

  1. Stand facing a stable box or step at a manageable height.
  2. Swing your arms and bend your knees to load the jump.
  3. Jump explosively onto the box, landing softly with both feet.
  4. Stand fully upright before stepping back down.
