Box Jump
A vertical jump onto a stable box or step, building explosive power for aerial duels.
How to perform it
- Stand facing a stable box or step at a manageable height.
- Swing your arms and bend your knees to load the jump.
- Jump explosively onto the box, landing softly with both feet.
- Stand fully upright before stepping back down.
Coaching cues
- Step down, don't jump down — save the impact for the jump up
