Depth Jump

An advanced reactive jump — stepping off a box and immediately jumping again on landing.

How to perform it

  1. Step off a low box, landing on both feet.
  2. The instant your feet touch the ground, jump straight up as fast as possible.
  3. Land the second jump softly with bent knees.
  4. Reset fully before repeating.
