Depth Jump
An advanced reactive jump — stepping off a box and immediately jumping again on landing.
How to perform it
- Step off a low box, landing on both feet.
- The instant your feet touch the ground, jump straight up as fast as possible.
- Land the second jump softly with bent knees.
- Reset fully before repeating.

- Minimize time on the ground between landing and jumping again
