Split Squat Jump
An explosive split squat where you switch legs mid-air, training single-leg power.
How to perform it
- Start in a split stance, one foot forward and one back.
- Lower into a split squat position.
- Jump explosively, switching leg positions in the air.
- Land softly in the opposite split stance and repeat.

- Land soft and immediately absorb through both knees
