Split Squat Jump

An explosive split squat where you switch legs mid-air, training single-leg power.

How to perform it

  1. Start in a split stance, one foot forward and one back.
  2. Lower into a split squat position.
  3. Jump explosively, switching leg positions in the air.
  4. Land softly in the opposite split stance and repeat.
