Step-Up
Stepping up onto a bench without pushing off the trailing foot, building upright single-leg power.
How to perform it
- Stand facing a sturdy bench or step.
- Place one foot fully on the bench.
- Drive through that foot to stand up on the bench, avoiding a push from the trailing leg.
- Step back down with control and repeat.
